FASCINATION ABOUT COLT 6943 VS 6945

Notice:  A single image reveals the finished rifle and A further the completed upper receiver, for reference.  The rifle has white symbol, but recent shipments of rails would not have white lettering, only the T marks about the receiver are white.I was not capable of finding everything relating to this, can you link a resource?
